New Amsterdam Market takes place every Sunday from 11am to 4pm, rain or shine, at the old Fulton Fish Market which is located on South Street and Beekman Street in Lower Manhattan.

GREAT NORTHEASTERN BEAN EXCHANGE 2012
Help rebuild our regional food system as we inaugurate this unique event for local restaurants, groceries, caterers, and other institutional and food service bulk buyers of Northeast-grown dry beans. Beans will be sold by pre-order at the Market on Sunday, June 3 and will be delivered to New York City in early December. With pre-ordering, growers know what and how much to plant so they can expand their operations at less risk.
The Bean Exchange is open to anyone wanting to pre-order dry beans in bulk quantities. THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER! This event will also feature legume-inspired market fare and special guest vendors including Vermont Soy.
The Great Northeastern Bean Exchange is organized by Vermont Bean Crafters and The Brooklyn Bean Company. Pre-orders for a variety of beans will be taken for the following growers:
